Carnegie Mental Health in Schools Award

Carnegie Mental Health in Schools Award

Child and adult mental health is pivotal to the values of our school. The work we do in school, to ensure that our whole school community has access to mental health support, appropriate to individual needs, has led to our being recognised by the Carnegie Institute for Mental Health in Schools. We have received the highly prestigious Gold Award. The focus on mental health is embedded throughout all tiers of school, and staff, children, families and governors, are all supported to maintain their mental health and well-being

At the heart of every child is a unique genius and personality. What we should be doing is allowing the spark of that genius to catch fire, to burn brightly and shine
