Lauren Ball

My name is Lauren Ball and I am an experienced EYFS teacher and I have had experience of teaching mixed age classes at Aldercar Infant and Nursery School. ( Reception/Year1 and Year1/Year2) . My passion is Early Years. I can provide support in developing continuous provision in the Early Years classroom, as well as developing outdoor spaces to enhance the learning experiences and maximise progression. I am keen to share my experiences with others through modelling good practice and collaborative working, using data and pupil progress to improve provision in all areas. I am also the ICT and eSafety co-ordinator. I am also an experienced mentor and strongly believe that by working together we can improve the life chances of all our children.
