Michelle Siddons

My name is Michelle Siddons and I am the English co-ordinator and Year 2 teacher at Aldercar Infant and Nursery school, and I have worked across both EYFS and KS1. I am passionate about the life chances of all our children and particularly enjoy developing creative approaches to delivering the curriculum. I have been instrumental in implementing and establishing “Talk for Writing” across our school and have recently completed my SENCo Award. I have worked collaboratively with KS1 teachers to moderate and quality assure KS1 outcomes and particularly for disadvantaged pupils. I am an experienced mentor and enjoy the opportunity to work with colleagues finding creative solutions to identified problems.
