Amanda Hubball (she/her)

My name is Amanda Hubball and I am a teacher and SLE at Alfreton Nursery School. I have been teaching for over twenty years and the early years is my passion. My driving principle is high aspirations for all and I have led provision for able, gifted and talented pupils for over fifteen years. I lead the application of the Computing curriculum in school, along with British Values, Global Citizenship and Emotional Intelligence. I am subject leader for PSED, Maths and Understanding the World and I lead work in school around Attachment and Trauma Awareness. My work on inclusion and behaviour in school has had a significant impact on diminishing the difference in attainment for the disadvantaged and vulnerable learners in school. If I can be of any help to anyone who is wishing to develop their practice, I would be delighted to work alongside and help to facilitate change
